Who we are
In 1969 Zacharias Bassayiannis established the personal company Decostar trading wallpapers. In 1973 Zacharias and Iraklis Bassayiannis founded Decostar S.A., a wholesale and retail company. New products gradually enriched the collections: machine and handmade rugs, wall to wall carpets, engineer wood, PVC and laminate floors, artificial grass etc.
Since 1994 Decostar S.A. has moved to privately owned premises (189 Dimokratias Ave, Acharnai, Athens), in a space of 3.500sqm, where exhibition spaces, administrative offices and warehouses are located. The work force of the company consists of 20 specialised and experienced professionals whose responsibility is to cater for successfully satisfying the needs of our customers.
